Designed to be used with a [Seismic Bond] pet for the extra efficiency ([Hysteria] triggers it), so with the 200% duration we can leave that base.

Extra slots go to an extra Gladiator mod (Aegis) for more set bonus and [Hunter Adrenaline] for any moments you run out of energy and need to get back into [Hysteria] quickly.

[Hysterical Assault] for some mobility; another option is to drop Aegis and this for 2x Amar mods for a lower range teleport but more overall mobility. Requires Amar mods though and this can be built as-is quite early.
