This is a hybrid light attack spam + x12 heavy slam Tennokai Influence nuke build. This means you spam light attacks until the tennokai symbol pops up, then jump and immediately perform a heavy attack while aiming slightly toward the ground. Heavy slamming with incarnon mode active impales enemies on spears similar to [Nezha], and attacking speared enemies gives a 35% multiplier to status chance, which helps Melee Influence DPS greatly.
Currently, Revox spears allow recursive growth of electric and gas DoTs applied via ANY source.

MOD BREAKDOWN
[Primed Pressure Point]: Mandatory base damage. [Condition Overload] does NOT work on the slam AOE, but does work on the direct light attacks or direct heavy attacks. If you can run external base damage eg Arcane Fury, Vex Armor, consider swapping Primed Pressure Point for Condition Overload.
Blood Rush: Mandatory crit chance boosting CC to 140% at x12 combo
Weeping Wounds: Mandatory status chance boost SC to 108% at x12 combo, increasing the chances of electric procs per hit
Primed Fury: Mandatory attack speed. The incarnon mode forces a -35% base penalty, but evolution 2 gives +45% bonus, meaning Primed fury ends up at a net positive of about 1.3. This is flexible for Berserker Fury or Quickening.
Primed Smite: Mandatory for maximising Influence DPS because this TRIPLE DIPS the final DoT damage spread via Melee influence, for 3.72x multiplier.
[Shocking Touch]: Mandatory to add electric to proc influence and adds 1.9x multiplier to electric DoTs. If using with [Lavos] and [Valence Formation], swap shocking touch for Primed Fever Strike and infuse Electric, which will make Ruvox deal Corrosive status and force Electric status.
[Seismic Wave]: Multiplicative with [Primed Pressure Point] on slam damage, giving 3x multiplier to each slam. Flexible for Primed Reach if you don't plan on slamming too much.
EVOLUTIONS:
Evolution I - Heavy attack above 6x combo unlocks +3m range, -35% attack speed, changes imp to puncture dmg
Evolution II - Lethal Impetus +15% Attack Speed per kill for 15s, stacks to 45% after 3 kills
Evolution III - Seismic Slam +60% slam radius, increases base heavy slam radius of 9m to 14.4m
Evolution IV - Swift Transmute reach 3x combo for incarnon form
Evolution V - Vulnerability Serum - impaled enemies are +35% more vulnerable to status chance, meaning you boost SC by 1.35x on impaled enemies.
