Primary/Secondary Dexterity Arcanes:

It’s important to mention that pseudo-exalted and exalted weapons tend to be the focus on the chosen frame. That being said, we can scale the QoL of the pseudo-exalted or exalted melee by extending the duration of the combo timer.

Priming for [Condition Overload]

Companions like the [Diriga], Mecha Hound, or high status Kubrows can be a big advantage to stacking [Condition Overload]. [Artax] is my favorite companion weapon for priming: Magnetic, Viral, Heat + inherit, and innate cold. These are already 4 types of status effects that can benefit CO, additional to the ones modded onto the weapon.

Alternatives to building:

Melee Influence

It’s important to note that melee influence only applies to elemental status that’s ONLY applied from the melee weapon itself. There are plenty of pseudo-exalted and exalted builds that benefit from Influence. Running full electricity without a form of armor strip would mean this arcane would benefit more from trash than anything. It’s the best trash clear arcane in the game and should be recognized as such.

Melee Afflictions

This arcane is my personal favorite, but it doesn’t work as well as it used to. The idea behind afflictions is to scale any form of status effects, including external ones, by knocking down enemies. Ragdolling enemies will field afflictions to proc as well. Warframe pseudo-exalted and exalted weapons that force knockdown: [Atlas]’s Landslide, [Gara]’s [Shattered Lash], and Excal’s Slash dash are all examples of this and can benefit 100% from this arcane. The issue with Afflictions is that it solely works against enemies who can be CCd, so overheard and Demolishers will not give a flying fuck about this arcane.
