Hildryn generalist build

[Hildryn] build for personal reference.

Subsumed ability: Roar (replaces Aegis Storm)

Pumping a bit extra Duration allows Roar to last longer, as well as reducing drain on Haven and lets Pillage [Reach] farther.

Efficiency can be dumped safely since Pillage restores your own Shield (so efficiency doesn't matter) and the drain on Haven is minimal due to positive Duration. Balefire may be used by tapping in between Pillage pulses.

Range is okay but does not help Roar. May even cause your Haven to drain faster than you'd like.

Strength is maximised for reliable pillage. Pillage is her everything and I hope to see more people trying out [Hildryn] when it gets subsumed. It is one of the few abilities that restore its own resource, only on Hildryn.

Handspring because I don't have Primed Sure-Footed and it's good for keeping your momentum. In high level Infested missions, that's the difference between being hooked into toxin infested or staying alive.

Optional Arcane Resistance replacing Arcane Barrier.

Necralisk open world has no toxin damage, so overshield is not necessary. Especially in multiplay, people may kill stuff being affected by Haven faster than your Pillage pulse can [Reach] them, causing you to drain your shield dangerously quickly.

In the case of Deimos open world, turn off Haven (only turn it on briefly to refill ally/pet overshield), pillage less often, and rely on sheer damage output and stay mobile to stay alive. Due to the massive clouds that Jugulus gas procs can inflict, staying stationary is a pathway to shieldgate.

Between Arcane Aegis and Barrier, you'll hardly be below half shield.

Quick tip: subsumed abilities can be used while in Aegis Storm. This includes Rebuild Shield and Condemn, both of which can be used to restore shield while in flight. Both are more reliable than [Balefire Surge], but only situational.
