Evos:
II - Rapid Wrath: +25% Fire Rate (Faster charging on incarnon meter and incanon final burst shot)
III - Rapid Reinforcement: + 30% Reload Speed (faster incarnon transform)
IV - Lethal Lance: +2.5 Punch Through on kill (works with incarnon final burst shot)
V - Devastation Cascade: Hitting Enemies with the beam in incarnon will increase CC and CD of the final burst by 5% per beam tick, stacks up to 250% each.

Final evolution perk works with punch through and beam length so having Evo IV and Ruinous Extension will ensure more enemies are hit by the beam to stack up the CC and CD bonus. This is why we don't run Primed Target Cracker as charging it on even 2 enemies will give you greater than 110% more CD. You may even drop Primed Pistol Gambit if you are able to consistently hit enough enemies.

The final burst charge rate is very low, highly recommend using Anemic Agility and Lethal Torrent together; Arcane Velocity would make it even better. If you run Velocity, swap Anemic Agility for Primed Target Cracker.

For Corpus: Swap Primed Expel Grineer for Primed Expel Corpus, Rime Rounds and Pistol Pestilence for Scorch and Jolt, and Primed Heated Charge for Pathogen Rounds
