Use the semi mode for large damage bursts,
and auto mode to get those orange crits.

You can replace the riven with [Vital Sense].

The maximum 9 has been used.
If you don't use a riven it will be 8.
If you don't use the augment it will be 7.

Note that the augement makes for not only extra effect of vigilante armements that since this weapon effectivly uses no physical ammo you can resupply your pistol while it is holstered and the Fulmin is in use.
