With the correct song on your Mandachord, keeping yourself endlessly invisible and thus perfectly defended is easy. Also it will increase your damage output to the point that any level content will melt away, given Octavias damage skills scale up in damage with the enemy level/defenses. (a suggestion is the Mandachord song Mortal kombat, on YouTube)
If you find the energy efficiency of this build to taxing (works perfectly with Zenurik focus tree, [Carrier] bot or you could just use pads) but you could if you dont have those swap Continuity to the place of blind rage and remove rage for flow/primed, even though your strength takes a massive hit, given the way Octavias damage skills works they will still kill any level enemy regardless, it will just take them longer to scale up to it.
