For those of you who want to use it agianst other enemies other than grineer here is how:

Against Corpus:

Swap Primed Bane of Grineer for Primed Bane of Corpus and swap Malignant Force for Rime Rounds.

Against Corrupted:

Swap Primed Bane of Grineer for Primed Bane of Corrupted and for elemental damage you can either use Malignant Force or Rime Rounds.

Against Infested:

Swap Primed Bane of Grineer for Primed Bane of Infested. For elemental damage you can keep Malignant Force.

If you don't want to mod swap:

Swap Primed Bane of Grineer for Heavy Caliber and Malignant Force for High Voltage.
