So what's the idea behind this build? Basically we only care about the Forth Skill while also wanting to do more damage.

What's interesting about [Xata]'s Whisper is that you can cast it while using the Forth skill, which means that if you remember to refresh the skill you will always end up doing much more damage to your targets.

I changed the build a bit and took out duration for health, it needs more survivability, if you want more duration add 4 Duration Tauforgeds that it compensates for the replacement of [Primed Continuity].

Oh and [Precision Intensify] is a god send!
