We keep viral 60/60s maxed because we gain 115% status chance and proc more slash than unranked
We use [Seeker] because we have a base fire rate of 10 so adding [Lethal Torrent] is less sustainable, while [Seeker] itself can potentially double our kpm
Expel replaces [Seeker] for higher single target dps and higher scaling but less overall kpm in base steel path, only use for endurance content
