v4.0.0 | 2/16/26 - Multishot has been dropped for Acuity due to persisting issues.

__

UPDATE: Multishot has been replaced with Acuity due do persistent issues. Modded multishot has been historically bugged on Tenet [Detron] specifically, modded multishot apart from innate inherits the base crit chance and crit damage of normal Detron instead of Tenet version, leading to substantially less / weaker critical hits than expected.---This issue is only present on main fire, not alt fire [Mag] dump which functions normally with +multishot.
Acuity therefore becomes our best in slot replacement forgoing flawed multishot entirely on this general use [Tenet Detron]
For setup that rely on Thermag Shells x forced proc tech i.e. Toxic Lash multishot is still advised.

__

Why do we use?

[Mag] Progen >> Creates Magnetic for damage against shields and overguard, alongside modded viral against health

[Pistol Pestilence] + [Ice Storm] >> 100 Viral for damage against health alongside magnetic against overguard and shields, borrowing 60 status chance for procs, improved magazine from 6 >> 8

[Primed Convulsion] >> 165 Elemental Electric with a primed mod against 160 viral [Mag] for max elec weight, damage, and chance to proc.

G Shot >> Important condition base damage per status type, valuable 80 status chance

  • G Shot condition base damage completely ignores range falloff !

Deadhead >> Additive base damage, less recoill, significantly better headshots multiplicative with Acuity and double applicative to electric dots.

Rest should be self explanatory

ARCHIVED NOTES - Should you choose: Tenet Detron vs Kuva Brakk

The Brakk has a pellet spread of 13deg while Detron has a shot spread of only 4-6deg.

Tenet Detron dominates range with a comfy -45% fallof from 26 to 52m, while brakk has a crushingly debilitating -96% falloff from 10-20m

Detron is a projectile where Brakk is hitscan, pick your poison…

Brakk has half a meter of punch through which is enough to hit 2 enemies with a lower limb or headshot, niche at best..

Both have the same ammo economy at 210 max reserve and a 20 ammo pickup

Brak has higher crit stats with 11% +/- 25% higher cc at 29% but same crit multi 2.0x, the Brakk can Reach 108% cc at 5 puncture for a chance to hit orange crits

Brakk has a noticeably ‘higher’ fire rate of 1.66 ‘more’ than Detron for a total of 5, neither is slow enough to warrant a fire rate mod. “cough cough” alt fire spam…

Brakk has almost double the Mag size at 11 vs 6, with a 10% slower reload of 1.1

Brakk has a barely noticeable status edge at 11.1% vs 10%

Both have a default 10 multishot

Brakk is the only one with ips so it will benefit supremely from gunco.

Detron deals almost double the damager per shot with a 176 damage boost

Detron has Thermagnetic Shells which basically makes it an aoe weapon

Ok im done.. the point should have been proven by now, so we aren't even going to bother talking about detrons alt fire…

Final verdict; Tenet Detron spits on the Brakk, its absolutely embarrassing! In fact, the Kuva Brakk is so absolutely god awful that the normal Brakk from 2013 easily outperforms it after a stone's throw away. I mean, a 96% falloff across an office sized room distance and a spread that covers 15% of your screen at 100 fov?? Is that even real? There is no saving the Brakk from being absolutely utterly useless, and no saving the 5 forma people have pissed away alongside it.
