Use White (Ice) as [Chroma]'s emissive for the vex armor buff and elemental ward, you will want to keep up constantly. For your weapons as [Chroma] do not mod for base non elemental damage (eg. [Serration], [Heavy Caliber], [Hornet Strike], [Magnum Force], etc) only crit, multi and elemental. As his buffs do not increase the damage of any non element mods.
