Stats explanation:
Duration —> Mainly for Lull, since I use it for crowd control. If you’re overwhelmed in a survival map, for example, you can use Lull to put everything to sleep for quite some time, then either use that time to run away, build combo on sleeping enemies, or trigger conditional mods (like headshots, finishers, etc.) Otherwise duration has not much use, and is more of a personal preference.

Efficiency —> You don’t need much efficiency, and [Equilibrium] + [Primed Flow] should keep you full for a good amount of time that you are playing [Baruuk]. You only really need to occasionally cast Lull for eroding Restraint, and Wrathful Advance for the critical chance buff. Thus, I am going with 45% efficiency.

Range —> This buffs Lull (for eroding patience like crazy) mainly. With a 70m radius on Lull you can easily just run into a room, press 2, and see half your Restraint bar disappear. This will be your main method of eroding [Baruuk]’s Restraint. This also makes Desolate Hands more effective. Basically, if you cast Desolate Hands, as long as you have enough daggers orbiting you, enemies in about a 20-25m radius will not be able to use guns on you (a way bigger bonus than it sounds, alongside the passive Restraint erosion). This is further improved by the fact that most enemies start using their guns at about 20-25m away from you, which makes Desolate Hands another invaluable tool for improving your survivability.

Strength —> Makes Serene Storm, [Baruuk]’s bread and butter, even more powerful. Don’t remember if this buffs Wrathful Advance at the time of writing, but buffing Serene Storm is already a nice enough bonus. (Edit: it definitely does buff the shit out of Wrathful Advance :D)
