I have tested [Spoiled Strike] instead of [Buzz Kill] but [Buzz Kill] feels better, for me. You can change it if you want but i prefer a higher slash stat. Higher slash stat means that you have a higher chance to get the slash hit instead of puncture and you want only the slash hits. The weird thing is the Wiki said impact dmg is possible with Claw but i have re-watched my Video over and over but i have never seen a impact dmg hit. That means for me it is not possible to hit with it.

The only thing what is important to Whipclaw [Khora] is the mods in your melee weapon. That means the stats like Impact, Puncture and Slash has no effect on the Claw.
Whipclaw has his own Stats and you have to push this stats with the mods in your melee weapon.

I would never use a stack stick without Riven but if you have no Riven, you can use Spoiled Strike. Because, Condition Overload, Faction dmg mods or attack speed has no effect on the Claw and you want only Slash hits/procs, so any elementar mods are meh.
With Naramon as focus school you will have enough combo dura and you will only lose every few seconds 5 stacks.

Edit: the new mod [Carnis Mandible] is not worth to use. Because you have with this setup above 100% status chance and this enough for a save status hit and you will lose 30% slash.
