W.I.P. [Phantasma] Build
I'm pretty much constantly trying new stuff because of the options that the riven gives me. This has shown to be the most effective for linear heat scaling kills, especially when combined with a primer. I'm on the lookout for a better build however because I know that the weapon has room to grow, even if only by a few percentage points.
