Ash Prime - Fatal Teleport

- Maximize use of Ash's Fatal Teleport

Fatal Teleport makes any teleport Ash performs into a Melee Finisher with bonus 200% damage and refunding half of it's mana cost. I want to stress: 200% bonus damage-- which means if you strap on Covert Lethality, you will be able to one-hit kill almost any enemy. For free.

Synergy with Bladestorm
- Cast Smokescreen. This reduces your casting cost for Bladestorm by half.
- Bladestorm reduces your Energy per mark. You can have a maximum of 3 marks per enemy.
- Bladestorm will not trigger Fatal Teleport UNLESS you teleport to a target while it is being activated.
Melee Weapon Damage increased by 60%. Your finishers are Melee Damage. 60%.
Streamline and Fleeting Expertise
The goal here is to get your Efficiency to the maximum of 175%. The Arsenal will not display an Ability Efficiency above 175% because abilities cannot consume less than 25% of their base costs. Streamline rank 4 and Fleeting Expertise rank 4 will get you there (25+50) without slamming another 10% off your Duration.
Primed Continuity and Transient Fortitude
Primed Continuity is a good all-around mod for all caster frames. Even if Duration isn't important, it passively increases your Efficiency, making your abilities (channeled or otherwise) cheaper. A maxxed Primed Continuity provides +55% Duration which we can leverage to take away 28% away from for Transient Fortitude, giving us +55% to Power Strength instead.
Narrow Minded and Stretch
Narrow Minded adds 99% Duration by taking away 66% of your range. The Duration not only helps with Efficiency, but makes your Smokebomb viable. With 177% Duration, Smokebomb should net you 14 seconds of invisibility for 9 Energy-- just enough to get away or get close to something you want to kill.
Arcane Grace and Arcane Guardian
Arcane Grace and Arcane Guardian throws in survivability, either healing you when hit or giving you bonus armor.
Maxxed Arcane Trickery provides a 10% chance to grant the Warframe invisibility for a short time upon performing a standing melee finisher. This includes Fatal Teleport and a Fatal Teleport Bladestorm.
Consider either the Karyst or the Rakta Dark Dagger with Covert Lethality (Consider the Gleaming Blight augment for the Rakta Dark Dagger)
Mod for Attack Speed (Primed Fury and Quickening) to speed up your Finisher animation.
Add Finishing Touch and Primed Pressure Point for more damage.
