342% duration gives 30s [Critical Surge] and 17s Energized Munitions.
[Critical Surge] buffs can be stacked infinitely as long as the buff is LESS than 250%. If you hit the 250% cap, this instance will NOT stack with the existing buffs.
For example, if you get four 200% [Critical Surge] buffs, each will be on their individual timer of 30s but will NOT disappear or be overriden by each subsequent buff, resulting in at least 20s of overlapping buffs giving 800% cc. The minimum distance you need to be from a mote in order to teleport is 10m. This means you need to be sufficiently far away (>10m) but not TOO far otherwise you will exceed the 250% cap. This is why Rank 1 [Critical Surge] is used, because at rank 1 each meter travelled only gives 5% cc x strength. At 224% strength, you need to exceed 22m teleport distance to hit 250%, giving you plenty of leeway (10m to 22m) to hit a value under 250%.
To speed up stacking, you can plant a mote, waypoint it, then travel exactly 20m away and plant another one, then proceed to ping pong teleport between them. Each teleport should get you roughly 200% cc, 5 teleports giving 1000% cc.
