This build focuses on inflicting Status ailments quickly and efficiently. For those of you not familiar with status ailment:

Status Ailment Rundown

• When a Status ailment triggers, the game has a percent chance of picking a status proportional to the damage of that type divided by the total damage. So 400 slash damage out of 1500 total is about a 25% chance for a slash proc (1 in 4 status ailment triggers)
• Viral damage amplifies damage dealt to health. This can amplify Slash status ailments true damage so we want max of this.
• Slash procs can bypass rediculously huge amounts of armor some enemies have (looking at you Steel Path)
• Heat Status shreds 50% enemy armor but cant stack that shred. So we want 1 proc rarely for our normal, non-status damage.

This lets you chew through even extremely tanky steel path (late game) enemies. Your regular shots will work fine for the bulk of enemies, but come across something crazy like a boss or something similar, quickly shoot your primary fire until you have 5-10 viral procs then run up with your alt fire to instantly kill them when a slash proc occurs.If you decide you love this weapon, it'll likely have a much higher riven disposition here in a few patches. Assuming it is anywhere near the normal [Panthera], the bellow guide to what a good riven mod for this build is will come in handy.

Riven Mod Details (Assuming it bounces back up near Panthera levels)

• Three stats you want: Slash, Multishot, Critical Chance
• Remove Fanged Fusilade for it. Assuming the riven disposition bounces up close to regular panthera, don't waste a riven stat slot on status chance when you only need a tiny amount.
