Hello there,
So here's the thing... We don't need Primed Fever Strike, we got built-in Toxic Damage.
But this dagger is probably the slowest one in the entire game, so it requires Attack Speed.
Thanks to this build, we got it. And we can start to slash and dash and with not a bad range for a dagger we can do a lot of damage in a group of enemies.
Keep in mind that this build requires Naramon Focus School for its Power Spike.
