Run AT LEAST 2 YELLOW CASTING SPEED ARCHON SHARDS (or Madurai with power transfer) or this frame is unbrearable.

Roar is an equally good subsume. Shitloads more damage is welcome, and it comes at a longer duration than nourish. It's preference.

Arcanes are very flexible on [Garuda]. Strike is extremely fun and useful if you plan to mainly use [Talons].

Exilus is also flexible. I chose [Boreal's Anguish] because [Garuda] is very airborne with her 1 and 4 abilitites, so you can actually play her completely flying if you have enough energy and casting speed. Very cool playstyle. But other exilus mods work just fine. [Power Drift], [Cunning Drift], Mobilise, [Patagium], etc.

Shards:
As mentioned, yellows are favoured. Other good options are health [Regen], melee crit damage, purple crit damage, ability strength and ability duration.
