I've been using this weapon for a while, and while I'm no expert on Warframe, I wanted to share this thing a friend of mine (thanks Ximara) and I came up with due to some damage output sticking points. The idea's simple: lean into the crit damage from cold and the extra crit damage and multishot from Primary Frostbite, plus the slash procs on [Hunter Munitions] to have a very solid consistent damage engine alongside whatever status primer you prefer. I'm running this on [Harrow Prime] with Roar subsumed currently, although it may be replaced soon by either Thermal Sunder or Pillage. You can swap the faction mod for whatever. My current status primer is the [Grimoire] with Radiation, Viral, Electricity ([Lohk Canticle], [Ris Invocation]). Overall, maybe not the most powerful weapon on the site but a very powerful and consistent weapon for me, someone who's always in supportframe mode.
