100% Uptime Hysteria build. [Precision Intensify] was a wonderful addition from Whispers In The Walls as it basically is [Blind Rage] without the penalties, but it only benefits the 4th Ability. Which is fine in this case since Hysteria is the main DPS. You can argue to use [Blind Rage] still since it would buff Nourish and Warcry for more DPS probably in the long run since they are multiplicative scalars. However, I will take the comfort of an easier to manage energy economy over that, personally. Same reason for slotting [Energy Conversion] over [Transient Fortitude]. The build still kills no problem on Steel Path in the latest content.

Make sure to bring a [Diriga] to proc status effects for your [Condition Overload] modded [Talons], as well as it having [Synth Deconstruct] on it so the assists drop Health Orbs. Feeding that into [Equilibrium] is how you sustain your energy. Fun fact, Nourish buffs the exchange rate of [Equilibrium] which also helps your energy economy further.

I recommend taking Madurai Focus to proc Sling Strength for +40% Strength before casting your 2/4. With Dexterity Arcanes on the Primary and Secondary you should have no issues sustaining combo so Naramon is a bit unnecessary. This will give you a final 340% Strength on your [Talons] and 250% on Warcry for a 125% Attack Speed buff. As such, Arcane Strike is flexible. I like the attack speed since I don't slot any on my [Talons] but you can put something else there. Maybe Molt [Vigor] for even more Strength.
