It is not as strong against enemies that you need to kill, but it rewards you with a big chance of nuking rooms without much effort but luck on activating the melee influence arcane
There wlnt be many slash procs, but you can still balance it towards it

Gas works as well on this build, but requires warframe abilities or a [Panzer Vulpaphyla]
