This is as consistent as slash on sparring melees get, best in terms of dps is [Prisma Obex] by about 14% with the same build, but [Kogake Prime] has better consistency with around a 50% chance of applying slash every hit.

Ideally smite goes over [Quickening] for best dps, but that will feel terrible without external buffs, glad might can be dropped instead but that puts crit chance under 100% sacrificing consistency and duplicate procs.

Opportunities [Reach] in hopes of the foot itself making physical contact bc slams suck ass*, also good followthrough if DE fixes sliding tennokai. You can also just drop it and have a 0 forma build (1 if smite).
