Stance is Innate Polarity Based (Saves you 1 forma) - [Tempo Royale] is the highest Dps Stance if u wanna invest.
Personally I like to have a few hipster weapons with other stances than the meta.

Heat for higher [Condition Overload] scaling & Abit of extra Armor strip together with Melee exposure.
Or u can have Cold Innate & swap [Vicious Frost] for [Primed Reach].
