Why did we build Hildryn?

This one goes out to all the [Hildryn] mains in the audience

How to Play: Cast Haven, then pull out your [Balefire Charger] (or use your probably better weapons). We cast Sentient Wrath before Pillage, which will further multiply the damage of our doubled heat procs from [Blazing Pillage] and [Archon Vitality]. Sentient Wrath still applies a damage debuff to Eximus units, even if they are not Lifted. Other enemies become both Immolated and Lifted. We explode the fully stripped spawns with the 8.21m radius viral Balefire shot, and we move on.

Important Build Notes: Slotting at least 15% Power Strength in Archon Shards gives 329% after Molt Augmented stacks, which is just enough to full strip armor with Pillage (328%) with your [Corrosive Projection]. Realistically, you'll probably put more Strength on than that (Sentient Wrath scaling, Balefire base damage, and getting to full armor strip faster all matter, and duration is bad for Pillage). At least one Casting speed is nice for comfort.

Range is important for [Balefire Charger] plus [Primed Fulmination], since it has no damage falloff.

Other Options: [Primed Sure Footed] is an option for Exilus as well which feels really nice. I prefer the extra range.

[Umbral Intensify] is another option, which allows [Hildryn] to eventually crest 400% strength with Archon Shards and full strip Armor and Shields. You could replace [Adaptation] or [Augur Reach] for it. You could also technically replace [Boreal's Hatred] too, but it is effectively Energy Capacity plus Efficiency. Other frames would kill for that sort of mod, and it adds an incredible amount of comfort and QoL to the build. Try it with and without it for yourself and I think you'll see what I mean. Drop some ranks on Archon Vitality if you need more capacity--i.e., use R0--as Hildryn really only cares about the passive for Blazing Pillage.
