Scourge 'Dark Phoenix' Status Build
100% status chance build. Change the order of the 4 dual-stat mods to change the outputted status effects. This combination of status effects was chosen due to its synergy with [Condition Overload] and its ability to (as of update 28) chew through enemy health at an exponential rate with subsequent shots. Terminal Velocity makes it significantly easier to hit targets at range.
Pair with a headshot/crit focused secondary to make full use of the bullet-attractor special ability its thrown attack has.
