My personal build for [Valkyr]'s [Talons]. This build focuses on raw damage and boosting the critical chance and damage, since as of the time of this writing her [Talons] can't benefit from mods such as [Blood Rush].

For a more CC focused build, you can swap [North Wind] for [Guardian Derision], which will add a taunt effect to blocking with her [Talons], drawing aggro away from allies while you're invulnerable.
