Any riven with Crit chance (heavy attack) & Crit damage will work well, 3rd perk & curse is your choice.

Play style:
Use 4 (Eclipse subsumed from [Banshee]) for 460% damage
Double jump
Aim glide while in air

Profit (2.14 Billion damage)
