Poor man's (no Primed Shred) BIS Build, for use with primer and weapon platform

This build is made to be utilized with a frame that can group enemies (preferably ragdoll grouping as with Vauban 4, Nidus 2, Yarelli 4, Gyre 2, all other grouping ragdoll abilites are iffy or have drawbacks in their usage), in conjunction with an Epitaph primer build.
For maximum dps, i'ts advisable to run Roar subsume on said warframe.
