Swap [Frostbite], expel, and [Pistol Pestilence] for [Pathogen Rounds], [Lethal Torrent], and [Deep Freeze]
Use primed expel mod only if you're running external fire rate, like arcane velocity or [Wisp] haste mote or [Gauss], etc...

This will result in faster kills, if you're armor stripping. If you aren't stripping, use the first variation of the build
