Damage, I always figure that if a weapon has good enough speed, I focus on damage. It's just too bad that there is only [Condition Overload] for regular melee weapons, but [Searing Steel], [Cryo Coating], [Ion Infusion], and [Infectious Injection] can be used interchangeably, as can the primary elemental mods be switched up to make different secondary types. By the way, you only need 2 forma.
