Once thought lost to the ages, attempts to reengineer the Burston Prime never fully replicated this weapon's power and agility.

FIRE MODE
This build is for [Burston] Incarnon.
Perks:
Evo II: Honestly doesn't matter. Pick whichever one.
Evo III: Ready Retaliation. This currently affects reload speed without even having to reload from empty.
Evo IV: Absolute Valor. [Burston] Incarnon's AOE is not affected by Fatal Affliction or [Galvanized Aptitude], the damage perk from Evo II is also not affected. This effectively only puts [Galvanized Aptitude] at only 18% of a damage increase per stats and is effectively useless. With Absolute Valor, the base CC of the incarnon mode becomes 50%, final CC becomes 150% with [Critical Delay].
Incarnon mode is pure heat, making it an ideal candidate for a Heat Inherit DPS weapon. Use a Heat Inherit Primer (secondary weapon with heat mods and a faction mod) to prime the target once, then unload [Burston] (with its own faction mod) onto the target for extremely high heat DoTs as the DPS weapon will inherit the heat mods and faction mod from the primer onto its DoT damage calculation.
Heat Inherit is paired well with armour strip, such as a Tharros Strike subsume or Shattering Impact on [Vastilok].
We are running viral 60s for a bit of extra damage on raw shots to help stack Galvanized Chamber and Primary Deadhead along with self-priming. We run Hellfire for optimal heat weighting to proc more heat.
For a pure heat inherit setup, you can replace Malignant Force, Rime Rounds, and Hellfire with Hammer Shot, Rifle Aptitude, and Serration. You may need to abuse armour strip more with pure heat inherit as the Primary Arcanes and Galvanized mod stacks do not build if the target dies to inherited heat DoTs since the kill will count towards the Primer instead of the DPSer. You may alternatively keep Hellfire for more element raw damage to stack Deadhead easier. (Swap it for Thermite Rounds if you want higher status chance along with a lesser boost to raw damage compared to Hellfire - 1.9/1.6 - 1 = 18.75% difference)
Primary Deadhead can be swapped for Primary Merciless, however Merciless will require more attention to keep active. Deadhead can be used if you have armour strip and can reliably headshot on weaker enemies.
