Excalibur: Exalted Blade Zero Forma

This is a zero forma build for [Excalibur]'s [Exalted Blade], specifically to complement my Early [Excalibur] build linked below. That build does use a Heat [Chromatic Blade]. By far the rarest mod here is [Condition Overload]; it is very strong here, but by no means necessary. If you're having trouble getting one, they aren't usually that expensive to buy with Platinum from another player.
