Statstick - Gara
Replace Jagged Edge and Buzz kill with the appropriate puncture mods if you'd prefer to use the puncture cast on Gara's [Shattered Lash].
Melee Exposure is there since it's much more consistent than Melee Retaliation; if you'd prefer to use Melee Retaliation, have at it.
Replace riven with Spoiled Strike if you don't have a riven.
