This is a zero forma [Baruuk] build for players who want to give him a try before picking up and fully investing in his Prime. Since [Baruuk] and his exalted melee, [Desert Wind], are pretty forma hungry, I wanted to make a build that would let you see what he's like before committing a lot of resources and time to him.

Basically, we just want a lot of everything except duration. Low duration means that instead of Lull being a crowd control, it's a meter-generator. By spamming that ability, we are able to reliably enter and remain in Serene Storm to do tons of damage (as well as get a good amount of damage resistance).
