-Use the Bane version corresponding to the faction you're facing & [Bladed Rounds] vs factions without a Bane.

Incarnon Evolutions:
II) Final Fusillade, the other one is terrible (wastes your ammo instantly).
III) Swift Deliverance is the only useful one, to charge Incarnon easier.
IV) Commodore's Fortune yields max Slash proc dps.

BUILD DETAILS
-Galv Aptitude would give less damage than Serration, as it ignores the base dmg bonus from evolution II & the status chance isn't needed.

-Rime Rounds over Cryo/Primed Cryo would be a dps loss because the Incarnon form already stacks viral instantly.

-Vigilante Supplies is optional & used unmaxed just for the passive.
