Intended to be used with an endurance armor-stripping build like Excalibro Endurance

Use [Archon Vitality] and a red emission color for [Chromatic Blade]'s heat. This sword has one job: heat damage, and lots of it.

Use a primer and don't use any other elements on excal's blade. Only heat. If you want viral, etc. it can be applied via your primer.

You can forma [Organ Shatter] for more flexibility. This will let you replace either [Quickening] or the faction damage mod with [Sacrificial Pressure]. The attack speed from Quickening is useful for stacking heat on higher levels (Lv200~cap), but for all other content you may prefer the extra damage / crit from [Sacrificial Pressure]. If you want to replace both [Quickening] and the faction damage mod, then use [Volcanic Edge] and [Sacrificial Pressure]. I don't recommend removing the faction mod unless it really bugs you; the damage difference can be quite significant because the heat DoTs double-dip.
