So after actually using this a bit - It's not going to get you in to steel path, and I don't see any way to make that happen.

That said, does just fine against Kuva Liche thralls, any starchart stuff. I'd say it works fine up to 70ish, hire if you ahve damage buffs or defense strip. If you're using a melee primary it can have some fun novelty value harpooning tanky units and dragging them towards you, or pulling enemies off ledges. It's fun and goofy. Maybe if we ask space mom real nicely she'll give us a Kuva variant.
