This is the first build I'm posting so I want it to be for the general public aka no riven required.

Shoot enemies for Split Flight stacks. (3 stacks will is start one shotting 170 heavy gunners) while you have 3+ stacks the spreads are reversed due to the accuracy loss so you want to be on horizontal spread for single target burst. It's damage mainly comes from Hunter munitions slash procs with viral amplifying that damage as well.

Pros

• High single target burst.
• Lots and Lots of slash procs (aka old Tigris prime w/ 100% status RIP)

Cons

• Stacks are gone after 2 seconds of not hitting someone.
• Hitting Arctic eximus or Nullifier bubbles do not refresh / gain stacks
• Doesn't one shot units that can't bleed from slash procs like Sentients.
