Evolution III: Rapid Reinforcement (+60% Reload Speed)
Evolution IV: Elemental Balance (Increase Status Chance by +20%)

You can use the projectile speed buff for the third evolution, I just didn't think it matters much and you will barely feel its effect unless you're trying to snipe with it. The reload speed is something you can actually feel. It's up to your choice, this is more of a comfort build after all.
