HEMMORRHAGE PROCS IN INCARNON FORM THIS BUILD IS INCARNON I SEE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT THE FIRE RATE. It has a 1.07 firerate in incarnon form which is a 80% hemmorage chance per status you will [Shred] with this thing i switched out [Hollow Point] for galv crosshairs but if you have a riven use that you could also just use viral heat but in my experience hemmorrhage is stronger there is not a single thing that survives this gun so far

hits hard on initial hit then

dots range from 100k-500k per second after builts up millions and thats only from heat
they die to quick to see the other numbers enjoy

Open slot is left for whatever but will take extra forma if i had to pick i would pick [Lethal Momentum]

[Hollow Point] Can be Replaced With a Riven With Crit Damage If you Have it

The Goal is to use Incarnon form can get it off 3 to 4 headshots
