For use with my Titania Build
Updated for 38.5
I have removed two Madurai forma from the build, as [Diwata] now has a stance built in to provide +10 capacity. If you still have the old polarity setup, the new build should fit due to this extra space without needing to re-forma. Overframe doesn't account for this and will show negative capacity for now, since it doesn't have the new exalted weapon stances - but it fits just fine in-game.
The rank 0 mods are only so Overframe accepts the build while it is "over capacity." Use max rank mods (or however high you have them) in game.
[Diwata]'s mods no longer matter for buffing razorflies. Thus, have condensed down into just one build, primarily used to get a swing or two in on bosses while [Dex Pixia] reloads. It can manage okay for steel path but using [Dex Pixia] as your primary weapon is always the better choice.
[Archon Flow] can proc with exalted weapons. If you don't like [Archon Flow], you can replace [Shocking Touch] or [North Wind] with a Smite mod. This may require different forma setups. If you don't like smite mods either, the listed build is optimal. Attack speed mods will only make the build worse, as you will get around 300% from [Razorwing Blitz] already.
[Focused Defense] can optionally be put on the exilus slot to [Protect] yourself slightly more while traversing to objectives. That said I have no idea how the [Parry] angle mechanic works in Razorwing and there's a chance it might not actually do anything. The other two compatible mods ([Guardian Derision] and [Parry]) however are 100% completely useless. I decided to leave the slot empty on the build because it really isn't worth spending an exilus adapter and extra forma on unless you want to optimize down to a percentage of a percentage.
The addition of Galvanized Steel might make you think to swap it out over Sacrificial steel - while it can [Reach] higher damage thanks to the boost from Arcane Avenger supplementing the lower crit chance VS [Sacrificial Steel], keep in mind the crit damage boost must be constantly maintained with kills, and it will ultimately perform worse if your stacks ever fall off. As [Diwata] is pretty situational, and you're more using it as filler damage during reloads than as a primary method of killing enemies, chances are it won't end up getting that many kills so you're not really getting the full effect. Such an optimization would be best suited for bosses and negligible in hordes, but this runs into the classic Hornet Strike dilemma once again - if there aren't enough adds to proc 'on kill' bonuses, relying on galvanized mods ends up being pretty terrible - and the horde enemies die in the same number of strikes either way. Because of this, I just leave it on [Sacrificial Steel], so I have one less mod to swap around depending on what I'm doing. Use whichever one feels best for you and your most common use-cases for [Diwata].
