Razorfly/Hybrid stat stick

For use with my Titania Build

[Diwata] is a strange weapon. It's not very useful at higher levels, but your razorflies are boosted by the mods on it... unfortunately, only some of them. A lot of mods don't work for one reason or another, even though they'd be nice for the [Diwata] itself. Ultimately it's up to you whether you'd rather optimize your [Diwata] or Razorflies. This setup is a healthy compromise, so both can be useful.

Swap out [Smite Grineer] for whatever faction you're up against, unless it's infested, as those kill razorflies instantly. Use a standard [Diwata] build for that instead... or don't. Non deimos infested will typically die to one or two swings anyway, even on steel path. If you don't care for faction mods at all, use [Primed Fury].

If you're crazy you can use an umbral forma to fit [Primed Fury] in instead of [Quickening], but the difference in DPS is incredibly small. Razorflies can't proc status, but they can still use [Condition Overload] on enemies that have a status proc from external means. This includes your own Nourish buff (not the extra viral damage but the small explosions they emit when taking damage), which you can reliably get on them by casting it just after entering Razorwing, which you'll need to do to respawn them anyway. If you don't like keeping it refreshed on them, you can use [Primed Fury] on that slot instead.

With the addition of Tennokai, the [Diwata Prime] can strangely equip exilus mods. Unfortunately, to have the space for any of them would require an Umbral Forma. I almost exclusively play [Titania] and I still don't think it's even worth thinking about. Of the mods it can equip: Tennokai can proc, but can't be spent, as heavy attacks are just normal attacks. Blocking mods like [Guardian Derision] and [Parry] can work, by full equipping [Diwata] it is able to block despite lacking an animation for it, but there is no reason to beyond just messing around. At the time of writing, that means only Focused Defence has any practical effect. (Though to be honest it's such an obscure mod I can't find info anywhere to determine if it even applies to automatic parries, manual blocking, or both. Attempt at your expense.) While overframe displays an empty arcane slot, Diwata can't use arcanes.

The addition of Galvanized Steel might make you think to swap it out over Sacrificial steel - while it can [Reach] higher damage thanks to the boost from Arcane Avenger supplementing the lower crit chance VS [Sacrificial Steel], keep in mind the crit damage boost must be constantly maintained with kills and it will ultimately perform worse if your stacks ever fall off. As [Diwata] is pretty situational, and you're more using it as filler damage during reloads than as a primary method of killing enemies, chances are it won't end up getting that many kills so you're not really getting the full effect. Such an optimization would be best suited for bosses and negligible in hordes, but this runs into the classic Hornet Strike dillemna once again - if there aren't enough adds to proc 'on kill' bonuses, relying on galvanized mods ends up being pretty terrible - and the horde enemies die in the same number of strikes either way. Because of this I just leave it on [Sacrificial Steel], so I have one less mod to swap around depending on what I'm doing. Use whichever one feels best for you and your most common use-cases for [Diwata].
