This is a very simple [Cinta] build that does not require triggering many conditionals to achieve peak potential. [Galvanized Chamber] will take care of itself as you play, and the average damage will spike to 95k and stay there as long as you are killing things.

You may want to use [Terminal Velocity] or [Arrow Mutation] if you want to add the Exilus slot. Feel free to swap the raw stat mods for their conditional counterparts for higher maintenance but higher damage results. Primary Merciless may be a good arcane option.
