This is for WIP Harrow Pillage Gunslinger

With the help of Molt Augmented that build will have 400% ability strength

So Penance will last 17 seconds and give the following buffs: ~21% Lifesteal, ~142% Fire Rate, ~280% Reload. The buffs are guess within 1%-3% accuracy since the closet I can get to 400% Ability strength is 397% or 412%.

Covenant I'm not sure yet since I don't understand the formula. I put the same formula and numbers from the wiki into a calculator and got a different number entirely so I'm confused on if I did something wrong or if the wiki is wrong.

How do these buffs affect damage?
I have no idea!
Its definitely a good chunk more.
