The most basic mod, that you will have without realizing it, here is [Point Blank]. It is a commonly found mod. If for some reason you are missing it by MR 4 when you can build Hek, see if it is in the Bounty Rewards for the level 5-15 bounties in Cetus and if it isn't, do a few runs of Coba on Earth, leave after wave 15 if you don't get it and return. Checking Cetus every so often to see if it is back into rotation there, as bounties are the faster place to farm for it.

[Scattered Justice] can be gotten from Steel Meridian at Rank 4 (Protector), however it is tradeable and many veteran players, if you ask around in dedicated discord and YouTube fan communities will toss this at a newby for free just to help you out. If you can't get a more experienced friend or stranger to lend it to you, it can also be replaced for Hell's Chamber (You can get that from running any non-Dark Sector Defense. To tell if it is Dark Sector see if it has infested as the enemy type, unless it is on Eris or an Invasion, it is Dark Sector).

[Chilling Reload] can be found easily by doing Nightmare Mode missions. To unlock these complete every node on one of the planets below, then select the red node with a swirling symbol on it. When selecting it it will ask if you want to do a "Nightmare" version. This is a very common drop.

[Blaze] is a rather hard to get mod, but comes from the same place as [Chilling Reload], if you chose to use [Hell's Chamber] over [Scattered Justice], remove this mod entirely. However the [Scattered Justice]+[Blaze] variant is stronger. If you have [Scattered Justice], but can't manage to get this rare to drop mod to drop for you, replace it with Shotgun Savvy.
