Slash-Focused Tenet Livia using 25% Impact and a Primer

-To be used with a primer.

-I am using 25% Impact. Yes it's impractical and it weakens all of my swings obviously but my main source of damage is from stacks of slash procs for super long endurance runs.

-I built this way because [Wise Razor] is stinky and clunky. The standing still Melee Spam only has Forced Slash on its last attack, the forward combo has no procs and the forward+block combo has forced slash on the first attack but good luck using that clunky and obnoxious combo.
