The goal is simple :

Good Duration for Invisibility.
Good Efficiency without Fleeting cutting our duration. You can change Boreal's as you see fit, I kinda like it tbh.
[Flow] for larger Energy pool, when we spawn in the mission, we pop our zenurik and Flow helps letting giving more room for regen, so you don't need to re-pop later in the mission.
Sprint speed just to help us get from and through Spy missions. 45% here, can add another 15% with [Amar's Anguish] or 12% With [Speed Drift] (Also gives 15% cast speed), but that would require a forma, and honestly don't bother, it's not worth formaing, just for some more mobility.

Targeted at newer players, just run basic [Continuity] instead of Primed, the difference in duration is 33.4sec > 30.4sec so without [Primed Continuity] you lose measly 3 seconds is all. Don't go out of your way to buy and invest into Prime [Continuity] just for this, PLEASE DONT! Not worth it, only put it in if you are using it on a proper build and just have it chilling in your mod pool.
