[Condition Overload] doesn't apply to the waves, so it's not included. Adding a primary elemental damage like Heat slightly decreases the raw DPS, and with [Reactive Storm], the element that the Impact damage switches to could combine with it.
The set bonus from [Gladiator Might] doesn't apply from the mod here, but it could apply if you have a Gladiator mod on your frame, main melee weapon, or sentinel weapon.
You can slightly increase the DPS by switching out PPP for [Sacrificial Pressure], but that would require an Umbral Forma.
[Reach] doesn't affect the waves, so don't swap that in unless you care about the normal melee attack range.
Edit: Switching out [Primed Fury] for [Primed Heavy Trauma] now that [Primed Fury] and [Berserker Fury] don't stack. All that sweet Impact damage gets converted to the best element for each mob with [Reactive Storm].
